Current Projects

Dedit S.R.O. is currently involved in various stages of development for several projects taking place in Eboyi State, Nigeria.

Waste Management - Abakaliki, Nigeria

We are working to establish the plant and processes to help clean up Eboyi State. We will begin an educational and marketing campaign including billboard advertisements which will be an easy step towards helping the community. The establishment of a defined waste pickup route and schedule will allow residents to depend on us to remove their trash at a particular time (twice per week is expected). We will also construct one module each of Phase I, II and III of a municipal waste recycling facility that can process up to 10,00 tons of waste every 24 hours (50% inorganic recyclables & 50% organic waste, every 24 hours) plus a separate facility for the sterilization of contagious waste for each plant.

Shopping Center - Ohukwu, Nigeria

We are preparing and managing the construction of a new shopping center near Abakaliki, Nigeria. It will offer many shops, restaurants and a comfortable garden for relaxation.

The Okwo-Ngbo Market is one of the largest markets for farm produce in the Southeastern Zone of Nigeria. Located in Ohukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, the market is about 25 km from the state capital, Abakaliki. Farm produce is sold both in small and large quantities. Truckloads of rice, garri and other produce leaves the market on every market day heading toward other states.

We are proud to say that this will be the first planned, green market / town center in Nigeria and possibly Africa as a whole. The refuse and biological waste produced by the market will be used to generate energy while the new landscaping will provide park land where the community can recreate.

We fully expect our planning and actions to be enough to offset and eliminate the carbon footprint created by the market.

Internet Portal

We are working to open and operate the largest internet portal in Ebonyi State and expect to grow to be the largest in Nigeria. All types of information will be available online in a fashion similar to other countries.
